Scope of SMS Certification:
“Materials acceptance (from both local and foreign suppliers) and storage including inventory and issuance; card design, production and personalization process, material and product transfer from Site1 (Manggahan Plant) to Site2 (C. Raymundo Plant) and vice versa; delivery of products to local customers; crating and palleting and turn-over of products to freight forwarder for export.”
SMS Policy:
Ensure continual improvement of established Security Management System for the Supply Chain based on the risk assessment conducted by the organization from the receipt of raw materials and valuable information up to delivery of products and services to its intended destination both local and abroad having complied with applicable legal, statutory and other regulatory standard.
Security of SMS Objectives:
1. 100% confidentiality of vital information related to card manufacturing process.
2. 100% effective implementation of security policy and operational controls to ensure integrity of the organizations plant, machineries and equipments.
3. 100% responsive to the agreed terms and conditions with customers to ensure availability of the organizations products and services including all the required resources to ensure that it could reach its intended destination in the supply chain
4. 100% compliance to the agreed terms and conditions of the contract between the supplier of materials, utilities and services vital to the manufacture and delivery of its products and services to the customer |
